Mr. Hideaki Kato is currently the president of Fuji Xerox Philippines, Inc. based in the company’s head office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines.
His entire professional career has been with Fuji Xerox. Immediately after earning his Bachelor’s degree major in Political Science and Economics at the Meiji University in Japan 32 years ago, Hideaki joined Fuji Xerox as a Sales Representative of Fuji Xerox Japan based in Tokyo. Throughout his remarkable career, he has had the privilege of being exposed to the various facets of the company’s regional operation, from sales to business planning, finance, and general management. Aside from the various roles he held in Fuji Xerox Japan, in 2002, he has been assigned to Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific (FXAP) as the Marketing Planning Manager based in Shanghai, China. In 2006, he was the General Manager for Market Planning in the FXAP office in Singapore. He then moved back to Shanghai as the Market Planning Director for Fuji Xerox China. After 2 years, Hideaki moved to Fuji Xerox head office in Japan to be the Business Planning Manager. Immediately prior to joining Fuji Xerox Philippines, he was appointed as the very first General Manager of Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific - Myanmar branch which he held for 5 years. And in 2018, Mr. Kato was appointed as the 15th president of Fuji Xerox Philippines, Inc.

John Dulay currently leads the Customer Service & Technical Support and Supply Chain Management (CSTS & SCM) Division and oversees the profit and loss of the after-sales service business. He is also a Board of Trustee and the Corporate Secretary of the Fuji Xerox Foundation of the Philippines. His customer-centric approach to management and with more than 29 years of combined experience in the fields of Finance, Information Management, Corporate & Strategic Planning, Marketing, Customer Service, Human Resources, Leasing, Legal, Audit, Quality Management, ISO Certification and Corporate Social Responsibility has enabled Fuji Xerox Philippines sustain its profitable growth and leadership in the Philippine market.
Prior to his role as the Vice President for CSTS & SCM, John was the Vice-President for Corporate Services and Finance, Corporate Services includes Information Management, Human Resources, Legal Services and Corporate Communications.
John entered the company as a Workshop Engineer in 1987 and has held various positions since then, as a Field Service Engineer, Total Quality Management Supervisor, Market Research, Market Planning, Product Manager, Pricing Specialist, Corporate Planning, Marketing Head, Legal Services Manager, IM Head, HR Head and Finance Division Head.
John is very active in Corporate Social Activities. As Board of Trustee of the Fuji Xerox Foundation of the Philippines, he is a very active advocate and promoter of the Fuji Xerox-Gawad Kalinga Village in Taguig City and the continuous education and training of beneficiary children and families. John also dedicates his free time to helping other communities and the marginalized.
With a focus to improve efficiency and streamline processes, John has introduced and developed numerous innovations in Fuji Xerox Philippines:Pricing Software, Contracts Management System and Service Management Dashboards to name a few.John is also a staunch supporter of Kaizen (work improvement) activities and has personally completed and implemented successful projects, has won local Kaizen competitions and has represented FXP in Kaizen regional competition. All contributing to overall operational company efficiency.
With his very sound leadership and good people management skills, John is always at the forefront of key projects and initiates. John has successfully chaired 6 Collective Bargaining Agreements with the Union; realized the fruition of regional change management initiatives; successfully implemented changes in the business model of the company and rationalized operations; business re-engineering initiatives; spear-headed office transfers; several special projects and numerous company-wide events.
In 1995 to 1997, John was assigned to Fuji Xerox Ltd. In Tokyo, Japan to study Fuji Xerox Operations and the Japanese Working Style & Culture. During his stay in Japan, John studied the Japanese Language and was able to pass the Level 4 Japanese Proficiency exam.
John is a graduate Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Saint Louis University, Baguio City, passed the Electrical Engineering Licensure Exams and was a scholar for post graduate studies in Center for Research and Communication (now UAP or University of Asia and the Pacific). He has since attended and continue to attend senior management trainings, seminars and conferences to widen his management skills and perspective.

Dondon joined Fuji Xerox Philippines 34 years ago in the Sales Department as Account Manager and established his career in Sales. He is a founding member of the Presidents Club, the most prestigious award and recognition given to sales in Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific Region.
A consistent achiever, he held several positions in sales and became the Branch Manager of Western Visayas in 1995. He moved to lead Visayas and Mindanao sales operations as Business Unit Head in 2000 and five years later, he was tasked to head the sale operations nationwide.
Prior to his role as the Vice President for Sales Division, Dondon was assigned as Manager for Market Planning at Fuji Xerox Asia pacific Office in Singapore.
With his good leadership and people management skills, Dondon has succeeded in molding account managers to become more productive by managing their time effectively.
Dondon holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management Engineering from Cebu Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.A seasoned professional with practical experience in and solid understanding of a diverse range of business management application, including market planning, Dondon plays an important role in the development and implementation of strategy and vision of the company.
