Print Utility for Citrix XenApp
Citrix XenApp® enables applications to be centrally installed and managed on the server, and accessed from any client over any network connection. Printer drivers are also installed on the server. When user specifies a print job with 2-Sided and 2UP settings from a client PC, the local device configurations and printer driver settings are not reflected correctly on the server's printer driver. [Print Utility for Citrix XenApp®] is a printer driver enhancement tool (a free utility) which reflects client PC's printer driver settings accurately onto the ACCP of Citrix XenApp® server.
Problems encountered using ACCP (Auto-Created Client Printer) under Citrix XenApp® environment
- 2-sided copies cannot be made even though Duplex module is available as a printer option
- Printer output tray selections must be made before every print job
- Print job outputs to A4 size, even though A3 size is specified from client PC's printer driver settings
These problems are caused by client PC driver settings not being reflected on the Auto Created Client Printer of the Citrix XenApp® environment.
These problems can be solved by utilizing Print Utility for Citrix XenApp®!
