Now you can set up all connected devices easily, either one by one or all at once - from one PC workstation! Create and manage users, user rights and restrictions, and set up address books for individual devices. Settings can even be imported from or exported to CSV files.

Job Flow Sheet Management

Customise document flow with the powerful Job Flow Sheet Editor. Starting from scan to final delivery, job flows can be created and registered within individual devices, or even set to multiple devices simultaneously. For example, faxes received can be automatically printed, served on the server, and delivered to recipients with no hassle.

Analysis of Job Log Data

It is possible to perform simple document volume analysis by utilizing the device’s output job log graphs. You can check the effectiveness of paper output reduction through setting of feature or output quantity limits. From the graphs, you can also understand the devices’ usage trends in order to determine when to replace the device or change device configurations to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) in your office environment.
