You can set up multiple user accounts and address books easily, create and manage individual job flows, and even view usage logs of selected devices. With IC Card Reader, no further ID or password is needed for authentication. Have you ever left documents behind at a multifunction device or printer or picked up documents that were left unattended in the output tray? Do you want to restrict unauthorised usage of your multifunction device or printer? These problems are solved with the implementation of an IC Card Reader. Authentication is as easy as a touch of a proximity card over the IC Card Reader.

THE DCS5004 D-CARD product range has been specifically developed by BEAR Solutions for Fuji Xerox to allow card access to the internal Auditron of Fuji Xerox devices.
ApeosWare Copy Protection
ApeosWare Copy Protection allows users to specify watermark setting for each print job. There are two Watermarking functions in ApeosWare Copy Protection, which are Analog and Digital functions. These functions can prevent the original/confidential documents from being illegally copied.

Print Utility for Citrix XenApp
Citrix XenApp® enables applications to be centrally installed and managed on the server, and accessed from any client over any network connection. Printer drivers are also installed on the server. When user specifies a print job with 2-Sided and 2UP settings from a client PC, the local device configurations and printer driver settings are not reflected correctly on the server's printer driver. [Print Utility for Citrix XenApp®] is a printer driver enhancement tool (a free utility) which reflects client PC's printer driver settings accurately onto the ACCP of Citrix XenApp® server.
