Environmental Policy
We, Fuji Xerox Philippines Incorporated, a dominant provider of excellent Document Management Solutions, will strive hard to introduce and develop into all aspects of our business, edo-friendly activities that emphasize utmost respect to the environment, and influence our business partners and other stakeholders in this endeavor.
We will strive to protect the environment nad prevent pollution, as well as ensure the health and safety of every employee and the surrounding communities.
To fulfill these commitments we will:
- Contribute to energy/resource saving by providing environment friendly related products and services to our customers;
- Optimise the use of eco-friendly materials and supplies, refurbish used products, control discharges and emissions, noise pollution and where appropriate reuse, recycle, treat and dispose properly all wastes we generate;
- Conserve the use of electricity and fuel of the company;
- Commit to comply with all applicable laws and reculatons in the country, including the requirements of our customers and the industry to which we subscribe;
- Establish objectives and targets, which will continually improve our operations and protect the environment, our employees and members;
- Actively promote environmental, safety and health related activities;
- Commit to continually improve our Environmental Management System through prediodical reviews; and
- Instill our environmentalpolicy in the consciousness of all employees and have it available to the public.
