1965
Fuji Xerox Co. Ltd. Of Japan signs dealership agreement with DRB Marketing Corp. to sell Fuji Xerox equipment in the Philippines.
1966
DRB establishes Spectron Division
1971
Fuji Xerox of Japan enters joint venture with Spectron Business
1972
Corporation, owning 30% of the business. Company is renamed Spectron Fuji Xerox Incorporated.
1976
Fuji Xerox of Japan acquires 40% of the business and the company name is changed to Philippine Fuji Xerox Corporation.
1978
Philippine Fuji Xerox enters into a manufacturing agreement with Fuji Xerox of Japan to assemble units in the country and export products to Asian countries, including Taiwan, Thailand and Australia.
1980
Xerox Productivity Movement (XMP) is launched and results in the establishment of 13 Quality Control Circles.
1983
Philippine Fuji Xerox introduces the TC-230 Telecopier – the first facsimile machine in the Philippines.
1988
Philippine Fuji Xerox introduces the first full-color copier in the country – the FX 6800.
1993
Fuji Xerox Philippines introduces the AColor 635, the first full-color digital copier in the Philippines, and the 5100 High Volume Copier.
1996
Fuji Xerox Philippines marks its 30th Year Anniversary. Launches Able 3201, the first multifunction product in the Philippines. October 17, 1996. Fuji Xerox Philippines was awarded the ISO 9002 Certification.
1999
December 15, 1999. Philippine Fuji Xerox becomes a 100% subsidiary of Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific.
2002
August 9, 2002 – A new corporate name is adopted, “Fuji Xerox Philippines, Inc.” to align its appellation with other Operating Company’s under Fuji Xerox Asia-Pacific.

August 15, 2002 – Launches the first Black & White Colour Capable Multi-function machine DCC400/C320 in the country.
2003
December 25, 2003 – FXPI along with other Fuji Xerox operating companies, acquire ISO 14001 Certification after successfully demonstrating adherence to Environmental Management Standards
2004
The first Xeropraphic engine Digital Color Press, the DocuColor 5252 is launched in the Philippines
2008
DocuCentre and ApeosPort-III C3300 / C2200 / C2201 which won the prestigious Minister of Energy Trande and Industry prize at the 4th Eco-products awards in Japan are launched, introducing a new era of environmentally friendly office document management.
